Project for monitoring and gamifying teaching materials for Elementary School I and II.

Production and art direction of 9 game rooms with distinct visual identities: planning and structuring the pipeline, considering a tight deadline and parallel deliveries.

Coordination of a multidisciplinary team (2D and 3D art and development), organizing the workflow between concept, aesthetic definition per room, asset creation, modeling, and implementation.

Managing communication between the internal team and the partner development company, aligning technical specifications, asset adaptations, and code integration.

Alignment with development for the creation of a replicable system, ensuring compatibility and consistent operation across all rooms, for final delivery on web and mobile.
